Movement is Life: an Interview with Nikhila Ludlow, Feldenkrais Practitioner & Holistic Counselor
Feldenkrais Practitioner and Holistic Counselor, Nikhila Ludlow, reveals her thoughts about body/mind wellness and the importance of movement in connecting with your true nature. Nikhila discovered Feldenkrais when it transformed her own life following a riding accident which left her suffering from neck pain. In the mid-90’s someone showed her a simple technique to help alleviate it. This 5-minute technique gave her some control over the pain and meant that she could begin to see a future without pain ruling her life. The technique was from Feldenkrais and the starting point of her journey with this powerful methodology.
Nikhila has many other strings to her bow including teaching Osho’s Active Meditations and being a facilitator for Osho Talking to the Body/Mind practise.
